Our Returns Policy

At connaught-house.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to cancel or return items.

You can cancel your order at any point up until we despatch.

Once delivered, if you are not satified with any item you purchase from us please pack the relevant item securely, along with the original manufacturers packaging, ensure it is clearly labeled and return it so it reaches us within 7 working days from when you recieved it.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If you require a refund of returns postage cost a reciept for posting the goods back to us must be supplied. We will refund full cost of postage of goods sent to us by 2nd Class Recorded service from Royal Mail, any other service above this is at your cost unless agreed by us in advance.
